Recycle Ni-Cd battery
All retired nickel cadmium batteries should be recycled, not only to prevent the effects of toxic materials (cadmium) in landfill disposal areas, but also to reclaim for future use the cadmium, nickel, steel and plastic from which the batteries were originally manufactured.

Often the customer’s normal recycling program may include the proper disposal of nickel cadmium batteries.
